What Zinedine Zidane did in the world cup 2006 finals was not a insult to him or his career. People in the whole world will say the coolest man on the earth did this and for this unkind act on matterazi, france lost the WC final. BUT HAVE EVER THOUGHT IT IRONICALLY. THE MAN WHO WALKED DOWN THE PITCH WHITHOUT EVEN GLANCING AT THE CUP. World may always say zidane was the his own culprit, but he also remained cool when the referee red-carded him. and walked down the stadium withou even eyeing the cup. THIS QUALITY IF TAKEN INTO VIEW-- THINK WHAT A GREAT PERSONALITY HE HAS. FOR HIM THE CUP WAS NOT THE PURPOSE. HE SHOWED THE WHOLE WORLD THE SENSE OF PATRIOTISM(ABOUT HIS COUNTRY). What Zizou did in the WC finals conflicts with good manners but Zidane was defending himself after Materazzi said something real bad to Zidane's sister and thats in the news.
BTW, Zidane apologized and Materazzi didn't. Zidane atleast feels sorry for what he did, not because he hurt the italian guys, but because he hit him infront of the whole world.
Zizou, whatever you do, wherever you go, we will still love you and you will stay in our hearts>

There was never a player that held such great composure and the ability to use his wonderful skill and yet remain calm. I never watch soccer prior of the world cup but I have seen ZiZou several times after that while he was a youn man on the tv's 5 television. yes Zizou you are the best , not only you are the reel winner but you show the whole world what a family man is, this insulting Italian should be ashame no one will ever replace you Zizou , you are the champ and I love you.Vive la France.

Zinedine Yazid Zidane, you're the best even pele and maradona are can't reach you, yes theyscore goals, But they can't control a whole team, but YOU zidane; you can control the whole match, you raise the rythm and you down it when you want, and the opponent can't do anything about it. Zizou never realized that he is the all time No.1 midfielder,playmaker in the world.Kaka,Pele admires him.I still remember what he did to Materazzi.He sorry for what he didi in the front of the world,Materazzi never regret his provocation.It was a heroic self defence.I love Zidane.Zidane forever.
